Alufon sheet 1.0 mm with rock wool insulation
Presentation
Description:
Sound-absorbing panel consisting of two cold-profiled sheets in 1.0 mm galvanized steel whose assembly is guaranteed by an appropriate bayonet joint that excludes the use of screws.
The profiled box-like structure with load-bearing and sound-absorbing function has standard dimensions of 2960 x 500 x 105 mm, and is first pre-treated with an immersion-type cycle and then painted with polyester powders polymerized in an oven at 200 ° C to withstand the elements. . The noise reduction function in order to obtain the best sound absorption characteristics in correspondence with the most polluting noise sources, is guaranteed by a mineral fiber panel placed centrally with respect to the box-shaped element, with a thickness of 60 mm and a density of 90 kg. / m3. In the part exposed to the perforation, this panel is supported by a resinated, water-repellent, silicone-coated glass fiber, so as to allow resistance and durability to atmospheric agents and ultraviolet rays.
The front element, in galvanized steel, is suitably perforated with an empty / full ratio equal to approximately 33% of the surface with holes with a diameter of 10 mm and with a pitch of 14 mm in order to enhance the sound-absorbing characteristics while the element rear consists of a full galvanized steel wall in order to obtain a soundproofing barrier. The sides of the panels are closed with a special head in talc-filled polypropylene which ensures durability, resistance to temperatures, resistance to atmospheric agents and maximum airtightness between the panel and the bearing structure of the barrier itself. These panels will be mounted on top of each other through a male and female joint that runs along the entire longitudinal part.
