Fra.Mar S.p.A. is a company that has been specializing in industrial cleaning for 50 years. In order to consolidate and expand its growth, it has recently relocated its headquarters to a building in Pedrengo - Bergamo -Italy.
The building had been abandoned for years and was completely renovated thanks to a significant restoration project commissioned by Fra.Mar.
The company aimed to establish a modern, energy-efficient headquarters that meets the latest comfort standards for its occupants.
Architect Caterina Marra led the design process and successfully transformed the old warehouse into a distinctive building, primarily through the effective use of façade cladding.
Specifically, Easy Wand panels by Alubel, made of pre-painted aluminum with a smooth finish, were selected. These panels, strategically arranged in three different colors—anthracite gray, pure white, and silver—create a dynamic interaction with the other façade elements.
The panels are mounted on an aluminum substructure anchored to the existing framework and serve to protect the façade’s thermal insulation.
The cladding installation, carried out by AT Group of Rogno (BG), was completed quickly and with meticulous attention to detail. In particular, the end closures of the Easy Wand panels were custom-fitted on-site.
